Weekend Baking

i baked pandan cake and Viet Spring roll for the first time over the weekend.

It was a success!

AL likes the spring roll so much that he ate the most.

He keep saying its restaurant standard ;)

will be doing this again for Xmas

I had also baked butter cookie on Sunday.

Giving to my frds and colleagues as Xmas Prezzie, all commented delicious.

Hum...maybe i shld seriously consider opening a cafe or bakery shop.

This Xmas, i want to do a log cake like this.

Found the recipe from a blogger.

i wish the cake will taste as good as it look.

My 1st blog!

I was googling for some stuff and i stumble on a blog.

Somehow i was lead to create a blog for myself.

Nothing better to do during lunch time,

so i just went ahead and register,

TADA..i am writing my 1st blog page now:)



Will be hitting KPO later in the evening with my colleagues for drinks and dinner.

It's been a long time since i last had my drinks.

Hopefully, i will be fun-filled nite for me - a busy mother of 2.
